VAT EU dispatch with UID
If you provide us with a European-wide valid International VAT ID when registering, we will, of course, supply you, as a non-German company, without VAT. Only the net amounts are shown on the order confirmation. You can also retroactively apply your International VAT Id. enter in the user account (under user account information).
Shipping to Switzerland and other non-EU countries
We are happy to supply our Swiss and non-EU customers free of VAT. Our shop system displays the net amount without VAT when you place your order. Swiss customs will then charge you the 8% Swiss VAT when you deliver the parcel.
We do not offer a subsequent refund of VAT.
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer various payment options.
The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
